Brimstage Orchard: the Orchard Book, Ch. 9
Greensleeves - C12, D11, E8, G8
Greensleeves is largely disease resistant variety, a cross between James Grieve, which suits the North of England and Golden Delicious, which doesn't. Good flavoured golden fruit with pink flush - sweet flavour with moderate acidity. Ours are on M106 rootstocks, so smaller than most of the other apple trees. They have suffered some mower damage and stress from the adjacent horse chestnut.
C12- Greensleeves: small crops 2014/2015
Plan: good top dressing/feed and moderate winter pruning
D11- Greensleeves: small crops 2014/2015
Plan: good top dressing/feed and moderate winter pruning
G8 Greensleeves, behind H8 Redsleeves, 2013

E8- Greensleeves: small crops 2014/2015/2016/2017 very poor 2018
Plan: good top dressing/feed and moderate winter pruning. Watch for mower/vehicle damage and replace with better traditional variety
G8- Greensleeves: small crops 2014/2015
Plan: good top dressing/feed and moderate winter pruning. G8 was affected by fireblight in September 2018 and 49% of top growth was removed. It the Tree recovers with no further sign of fireblight, it will be considered for stumping and cleft grafting for espaliers of a more traditional variety.
